The National Directory of CLOs helps you find organisations that meet CERTLOC’s safety and quality standards for locating underground utilities. Every CLO employs at least one CERTLOC Certified Locator — the only locators authorised to access certain utility networks and carry out locating to the highest industry standards. To ensure your job is completed safely and correctly, ask the CLO to assign a CERTLOC Certified Locator to your work.
